# Download orders CSV template

> Returns `urbnbox-orders-template.csv` — a pre-formatted CSV with correct headers and two example rows. No authentication required. Fill it in, then POST to `/api/vendor/v1/orders/import-csv`.

**Column order (do not change):**

| 1 | `external_reference` | Yes | Your order ID — used for idempotency |
| 2 | `client_name` | Yes | Recipient full name |
| 3 | `client_phone` | Yes | Kenyan number (`07xx` or `+254xx`) |
| 4 | `description` | Yes | Item description |
| 5 | `quantity` | Yes | Positive integer |
| 6 | `unit_price_kes` | Yes | Price in KES, e.g. `1500` |
| 7 | `pickup_type` | Yes | `delivery` or `locker` |

**Example file contents:**
