# UrbnBox integrations

> Send UrbnBox deliveries from your own systems: create delivery orders, track them, and send parcels between towns.

UrbnBox delivers your orders to customers across Nairobi and between towns in
Kenya. Connect your store, order system or backend so orders reach UrbnBox
without retyping them.

## What UrbnBox handles

UrbnBox calculates the delivery fee, assigns a rider, contacts your customer on
WhatsApp, and moves the order from confirmation to delivery. For parcels sent
between towns, UrbnBox also assigns the pickup points and issues the deposit
and collection PINs.

Your platform remains responsible for checkout, customer payment, and deciding
when to send an order.
