The integration API uses https://portal.urbnbox.io as its base URL.

What UrbnBox handles

UrbnBox calculates the delivery fee, assigns a rider, contacts your customer on WhatsApp, and moves the order from confirmation to delivery. For parcels sent between towns, UrbnBox also assigns the pickup points and issues the deposit and collection PINs.

Your platform remains responsible for checkout, customer payment, and deciding when to send an order.
