How rates work

The plugin converts the cart weight to an UrbnBox weight tier and calls the shipment quote endpoint. It adds a checkout rate only when the response contains "available": true. The plugin reads the destination from WooCommerce’s city field. Keep product weights and store city settings complete.

How shipment creation works

The plugin calls POST /api/partner/v1/shipments after WooCommerce fires the woocommerce_order_status_completed action.
The current plugin sends shipment creation as a non-blocking request and does not store the response. Add operational monitoring or adapt the plugin before relying on automatic creation in production.
The plugin maps the WooCommerce order ID to external_reference, the billing phone to recipient_phone, and the store and shipping cities to the route.
